About Jane Kenda
I build client onboarding systems so agency owners are no longer the bottleneck between "yes" and delivery.
Why I do this work
At NeuroConnect Africa I watched a founder work constantly and lose sleep over the business. It left me with a belief I still work from: if a business cannot run without its founder, it is not yet a business. The founder is holding it together.
Onboarding is where that usually starts. A client signs, and then the founder is the one sending contracts, chasing logins and briefing the team. I focus on that stretch only, so I can do it properly.
Most people you hire will build what you ask for. I check whether it will work first. I tell you before you spend on it, and I bring a better plan.
Background
I was Operations and Executive Assistant at NeuroConnect Africa from October 2025 to June 2026. I hold a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi, and I am HubSpot CRM certified and an ALX Virtual Assistant Programme graduate. I am based in Nairobi, Kenya and work remotely with agencies in the United States.
